Clays Mill Elementary Library

Library classes come in on the specials' area five-day rotation, and students visit the library with their homeroom class for 50 minutes. During this session, they participate in lessons, games, and book check-out.

• Grades K-2 can check out one library book at a time.
• Grades 3-5 can check out two library books at a time.

When a student is finished with their book, they may return to the library any morning during Open Library to return their book and check out a new one. Open Library hours are 7:15 to 7:40 a.m. when school is in session.  Students may visit the library after they have completed all morning work in their classrooms and with teacher permission.
